Training Camp Assistant - Football Operations (Mid-July - August/Early-Sept 2026)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in coursework towards a bachelor's or graduate degree with a target completion date on or after December 2026.
• Experience working in collegiate football operations, recruiting, or related field
• Accuracy and attention to detail, while being organized.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity to all football operations related matters and information.
• Flexible and adaptable to multi-task with duties as assigned.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while, also able to be collaborative and team oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with individuals across the organization.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
• This role will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
