Role OverviewGlobal Power Components is a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, and enclosures. We are looking for a Bilingual Welding Training Coordinator to join our team.
What You Will Do
The Training Coordinator will work with the HR and safety team to identify and resolve issues, train employees, and promote everyday safety. They will also conduct classroom instruction and on-the-job training in welding technology and blueprint reading.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Safety and HR training practices
- Experience in Training, Teaching or Facilitating
- Knowledge of Welding Technology and Blueprint reading
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to commute
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous weld, electrical, and assembly background preferred
