Training Coordinator (Bilingual)

As a Training Coordinator (Bilingual), you will oversee ongoing customer service, focusing on daily operations to achieve customer needs. You will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and monitoring training for an assigned field location to support the company's strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling training, delivering and monitoring training, conducting evaluations, creating and maintaining employee training records, and facilitating the operation and demonstration of the internal learning management system.

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Knowledgeable of training practices, principles, applications, methods, and laws as they pertain to training.
• Knowledgeable of adult learning principles.
• PC Literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific applications.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
• Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition and handle stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
• Proven track record of superior customer service.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT Operator experience).
