Role OverviewAs a Training Coordinator, you will effectively communicate and coach the fundamentals of all training systems and programs, and explain why they are critical to the business and to employee development. You will be responsible for developing the necessary skills across all job functions and for managing modifications to job instructions as needed.
What You Will Do
Manage training matrix for all plant positions, facilitate learning sessions and workshops, track attendance, collect feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness using surveys and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- TWI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to write documents clearly and effectively
- Data analysis skills
