Role OverviewThe Training Coordinator will partner with the Training and Operations to assist with the design and execution of the Production Onboarding Program. This includes On-the-Job Training (OJT) and providing assistance to training new operators, and re-certifying existing Operators.
What You Will Do
Develop effective training programs, train employees, evaluate employee comprehension, refine training programs, and support documentation of training activities.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of training experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of cGMPs, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of training experience in a manufacturing environment or similar role
- Knowledge of cGMPs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of Oracle, MES, and i5 production software systems
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, sanitation processes and procedures, and HAACP
