Job Description
The Training & Dev Spec is responsible for promoting employee growth and education through instructor-led trainings and direction. They will conduct trainings on various topics, including Caterpillar engines and equipment maintenance, system operation, and repair. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Caterpillar systems and parts, excellent communication skills, and experience as a mechanic/technician.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Extensive background in repair, maintenance and diagnostics of Caterpillar engines and equipment
  • Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
