Role OverviewIn-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks Training Developers to support our rapidly growing engineering work on Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Weapons Systems. The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Huntsville, AL. Qualified candidates must be US Citizens with an active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
What You Will Do
Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and develop appropriate learning solutions, design and develop learning products for multiple modalities, analyze learning metrics to evaluate instructional effectiveness and improvement opportunities.

Must be a US citizen, active DoD Secret Clearance, degree in STEM discipline, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning Studies, Education, or related field with 5 years’ relevant work experience, or 7 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, utilize subject matter experts, team members, and established processes to create and sustain training materials under general supervision
