Role OverviewThe Training & Development Program Manager will coordinate trainee development across various areas, partner with Creative, Casting, and A&R teams, and support trainee growth and readiness. This role will manage the training and development program for a global group, aligning with the project's creative direction and music goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and managing the training program, coordinating schedules, identifying and onboarding instructors, establishing individual development plans, monitoring trainee progress, and maintaining accurate records. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for trainees, parents, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
