Role OverviewThe Training Development Specialist supports a facility, function, or business unit by identifying learning needs, designing and delivering training solutions, and helping build a strong learning culture and continued people development. This role partners with leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to support onboarding, safety, quality, compliance, technical skill development, and leader capability.

Assess training and development needs, design and deliver learning solutions, maintain training records, and evaluate learning effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Ability to build partnerships, influence others, and work effectively across functions and levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with learning systems, training records, reporting, or other administrative learning processes
