Job Description
At C&N, we're looking for a Training & Development Specialist who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance. You'll assess needs, design thoughtful curriculums, and inspire teammates to reach their full potential. You'll be responsible for learning strategy & curriculum development, training content & resource management, program facilitation & delivery, program evaluation & continuous improvement, cross-functional partnership, and grant & administrative oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in organizational development, adult education, training, or related field
  • Strong critical thinking and business insight
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident public speaker and facilitator
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
