Job Description
Training and Development Supervisor at Morgan Truck Body. Lead design, implementation, and oversight of technical training programs to strengthen skills and capabilities across multiple locations. Reports to Training and Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Industrial Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, equivalent experience, or a combination of the two.
  • 3+ years in a training role within a manufacturing environment required
  • Supervisor experience preferred Multi-site coordination or leadership experience greatly desired.
