Role OverviewThis position will function as a leader within the organization by developing and implementing all training needs for the complex, evaluating and implementing process changes, and providing decision support. The position will conduct analyses of existing processes, develop and analyze alternatives to develop a set of recommendations, and assist managers at the departmental and executive levels with implementing changes and streamlining required processes.
What You Will Do
The position will conduct training for production team members and management team members, collect data, coordinate employee onboarding, implement training and development programs, and provide decision support to all levels of the organization.
