Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Training Facilitator to facilitate and coordinate programs and activities that promote the personal, educational, and employment-related development of participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or years of experience in lieu of degree in Education, Facilitation, or Training
  • Previous work experience with individuals with barriers to employment a plus
  • Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license in the state of residence, and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance provider
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with ability to use Salesforce and computer software programs and/or other applications
