Job Description
The Training Lead delivers high-quality learning and development programs to improve organizational and employee performance.
Requirements
Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives
Partner with subject matter experts, managers, and other teams to capture process details and update training materials
Manage, coach, and provide feedback to training staff to foster professional development and collaboration
Evaluate, recommend, and deploy innovative learning methods and technologies
Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of training materials, aids, and equipment
Manage the administration of learning, tracking employee attendance, certifications, and progress
Deliver train-the-trainer programs and conduct training sessions for front-line, supervisory, and management staff
Identify cost-effective training solutions
Market training programs and assess their effectiveness through evaluations and reporting
Prepare quarterly strategic milestone reports and learning progress updates for the Vice President of Talent
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Travel to various office locations as required
Perform other duties as assigned
