The Training Lead delivers high-quality learning and development programs to improve organizational and employee performance.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with subject matter experts, managers, and other teams to capture process details and update training materials
  • Manage, coach, and provide feedback to training staff to foster professional development and collaboration
  • Evaluate, recommend, and deploy innovative learning methods and technologies
  • Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of training materials, aids, and equipment
  • Manage the administration of learning, tracking employee attendance, certifications, and progress
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs and conduct training sessions for front-line, supervisory, and management staff
  • Identify cost-effective training solutions
  • Market training programs and assess their effectiveness through evaluations and reporting
  • Prepare quarterly strategic milestone reports and learning progress updates for the Vice President of Talent
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Travel to various office locations as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
