The Training Manager will lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of engaging, high-quality training programs aligned with organizational goals, program needs, and adult learning best practices. They will oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of training curricula, workshops, academies, professional development pathways, and train-the-trainer programs.

Requirements

- Experience in training design, facilitation, and program implementation
- Commitment to data-driven decision-making, evaluation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, Forms, Planner, PPTX)
- Stable internet access
