Role OverviewThe Training & Manpower Logistics Specialist supports the introduction, training, and integration of a new combat system for the FF(X) and LCS ship classes. This role focuses on early-stage acquisition, manpower and training logistics development, and creation of Navy-compliant training products required for fleet introduction.
What You Will Do
Develop Navy Training Process (NTP) Products, create and update Navy compliant training documentation, prepare training requirements, and develop curriculum for operator and maintainer pipelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
