Role OverviewThe Specialist II, Training Operations is responsible for executing training programs at the operational level, focusing on the delivery and support of training initiatives. This role ensures team members receive effective onboarding, safety, and skills-based training. The Training Specialist for Operations supports the implementation of corporate training strategies, maintains training documentation, and partners with site leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Provides strategic leadership and executes training programs at the operational level, focusing on delivery and support. Executes training plans and provides feedback for improvement. Customizes and localizes training materials for specific roles or departments; facilitates in-person & virtual training.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in training or operations in a manufacturing environment
- Specialized degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
