Job Description
USCS is seeking a Training Quality Safety Supervisor to maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and government guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar industry and be able to complete a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include leading facility safety and quality initiatives, developing training documents, and participating in hiring and training processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of prior experience in similar industry/business
  • Ability to handle critical and confidential matters
  • Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally with assistance
  • Work in a temperature range from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise levels
  • Effective communication, vision, and hearing are essential for safety and productivity
  • Ability to operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers, and other essential warehouse equipment
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with others
