The role involves diagnosing, designing, and delivering business-focused learning programs, conducting needs assessments, and analyzing data to inform learning solutions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include designing and delivering programs to train all levels of personnel, developing tests and visual aids, conducting training classes, and evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. The role also involves developing in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs and preparing personnel for more responsible positions.
