Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, develop, and teach English as a Second Language (ESL) courses to international students, postdoctoral scholars, and nonimmigrant employees in a classroom and social settings. The successful candidate will promote cultural integration in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Personnel Management, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in development and use of training methods, techniques, and materials
