Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, develop, and teach English as a Second Language (ESL) courses to international students, postdoctoral scholars, and nonimmigrant employees. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Personnel Management, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in development and use of training methods, techniques, and materials. The role involves planning, organizing, administering, conducting, and coordinating in-service training and educational programs.
