Job Description
As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all production associates complete all assigned training and demonstrate competence. You will also maintain all training records and ensure all associates meet compliance and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years progressive professional experience
  • Experience in teaching and/or coaching a plus
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook)
