Job Description
We're seeking a Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging training experiences to adult learners, with a focus on certifications, compliance, and associate development. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of two years of teaching or training experience, and strong computer skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience teaching or training adult learners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engaging presentations and manage group dynamics
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and LMS or e-learning tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, punctual, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Instructor certification from HSI (Health & Safety Institute), ASHI (American Safety & Health Institute), American Heart Association, or American Red Cross, preferred
