Job Description
Training Specialist needed to identify and monitor training needs, create and conduct training programs, and develop training materials. Must have at least 3 years of training experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements

  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in team member development efforts
  • Identifies opportunities in performance, culture, or process that training could improve
  • Designs, develops, and updates training materials and job aids
  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
