What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing, delivering, and/or coordinating training courses and materials, conducting training needs analysis, and maintaining policy and standards for training throughout the development process.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Information Technology, or Information technology certifications (MS-MCT, CompTIA CTT+, Agile, etc.)
- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
- Thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software (e.g. PCs, Microsoft (MS) Windows, MS Office)
- Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools
- Ability to travel at least 5% domestically and internationally
