Role OverviewAs a Training Specialist at Credibly, you will play a critical role on the People and Culture team by owning the execution, design, and management of employee learning programs. You will create and deliver comprehensive content for both online e-learning and live, in-person training.
What You Will Do
Design, build, and facilitate engaging training programs for both online (e-learning) platforms and live instruction. Own and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding experience and new-hire training tracks across all departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or talent development.
- Proven experience creating instructional content for both digital e-learning platforms and interactive classroom settings.
- Strong collaborative skills with a track record of partnering effectively with cross-functional managers to translate business needs into learning tracks.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to manage training operations and projects independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong time management.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Canva, or similar software).
- Prior experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Professional certifications in talent development, instructional design, or training (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or equivalent
