Role Overview

BryceTech is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training and professional development programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation.

What You Will Do

Conduct training needs assessments, collaborate with CDC personnel and stakeholders, design and develop training programs, develop training curricula, and facilitate and deliver training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, communications, public health, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience supporting training, instructional design, curriculum development, workforce development, or professional education
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and developing learning solutions
  • Experience developing instructional materials, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, or online learning content
  • Experience delivering or facilitating training to adult learners
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience evaluating training effectiveness and analyzing participant feedback or performance data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
