Role Overview

The Training Specialist supports organizational effectiveness and quality service delivery by coordinating, developing, and delivering training and learning opportunities for staff. This role implements training initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and best practices.

What You Will Do

Deliver group and individual training sessions, provide hands-on instruction, and support staff development initiatives. Coordinate, deliver, and support training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in education, human services, organizational development, nonprofit management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in training delivery, staff development, education, or a related role
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff, leadership, individuals served, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to develop, deliver, and facilitate training and learning activities using a variety of instructional methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other training or documentation platforms
