Role OverviewThe Training Specialist will be responsible for analysis and report development to support training and manpower requirements documents. They will provide support for large, diverse, and complex adult education and vocational training systems. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in training system analysis and design.

Responsibilities include research current educational technologies, providing training in structured writing and test writing principles, coordinating and planning professional development workshops, conducting performance analysis and training needs assessments, and creating original course and testing material.

Requirements

- Knowledgeable in the use of government (Navy) training doctrine, manuals, and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in curriculum development and maintenance software, courseware development authoring tools, and web-based collaboration tools
