Job Description
Meduit is a national leader in healthcare revenue cycle management. The Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves live and virtual training programs to support new hire onboarding, ongoing employee development, and corporate compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Deliver engaging live and virtual training for new hires, remedial needs, customer service, and corporate programs
  • Develop, update, and improve training materials, curriculum, and job aids
  • Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement using trainee feedback and performance data
  • Coordinate training logistics
  • Serve as a mentor and role model
  • Track, monitor, and report on training completion, LMS activity, and post training follow-up coaching
  • Ensure all training content and delivery comply with company policy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
