Role OverviewThe Training Supervisor provides expert guidance and support, supervises child welfare trainers, and leads special projects in collaboration with the Office of Training and Workforce Development. This role supports the hiring/training of front-line staff and services for children and families via DCP, DYFJ, and Providers.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding and training for newly hired and in-service staff, participating in curriculum development, implementing safety protocols, facilitating trainer development sessions, and managing virtual course offerings.
