Job Description
GEODIS is seeking a Training Supervisor to develop training plans, monitor training activities, and supervise employees. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of relevant training experience, and knowledge of safety compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience in warehouse
  • Knowledge of safety compliance for operating equipment
  • PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to partner with subject matter experts
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct training classes
  • Ability to develop, write and proof training materials
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills
