Role OverviewThe Training Technician III supports DDS's statewide staff development program, reporting to the Statewide Director of Learning and Development, as a member of the Statewide Learning and Development Unit. The incumbent’s work combines five core areas of practice: learning technology, data analysis, instructional design, systems training, and project management. The role requires discretion in handling confidential information and exercising sound judgment.
What You Will Do
Administer the LMS, oversee Constant Contact licenses, support systems integration and training, maintain content libraries, design and develop training materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and facilitate learning events.
