Job Description
As a Transaction Coordinator at Guild Mortgage Company, you will play a crucial role in assisting originators build complete loan files for submission, performing Lead to Contract and/or Contract to Close duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with a minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
  • Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
