Job Description
Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission. The role may perform Lead to Contract and/or Contract to Close duties, providing administrative support and customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field
  • Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
