Job Description
Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission. The role may perform Lead to Contract and/or Contract to Close duties, providing administrative support and customer service.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field
Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
