Job Description
The Real Estate Services (RES) division of DCAS supports the operations of the government of the City of New York by providing services for the City’s real estate needs. We are seeking to hire one Leasing Transactions Manager to support the operations of the government of the City of New York by providing services for the City’s real estate needs.

Requirements

  • Four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of satisfactory, full-time, progressively responsible experience in real property management, at least 18 months of which must have been in a managerial capacity
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of experience described in "1" above, including eighteen months of experience in managerial capacity
  • A satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to "1" or "2" above
