Job Description
DCAS's Real Estate Services (RES) division is seeking a Transaction Specialist to support the operations of the City of New York by providing services for the City's real estate needs.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
  • One year of experience in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
