Requirements

  • Lead and manage complex tax advisory engagements across the full transaction lifecycle
  • Advise clients on federal, state, and international tax implications of transactions
  • Develop and deliver high-level tax structuring recommendations, financial impact analyses, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, resource allocation, deliverable quality, billing, and collections
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop managers, senior associates, and staff to ensure technical excellence and professional growth
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking at industry events
