What You Will Do
Prepare and negotiate policies, notices, opinion letters, contracts, and general guidance for HOA boards and community managers. Advise on corporate governance, Davis-Stirling Act compliance, CC&Rs, and real estate law matters.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of transactional legal experience
- Strong exposure to corporate governance and/or community association law
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with HOAs, CC&Rs, Davis-Stirling Act, or mixed-use developments strongly preferred
- Active California Bar membership
