Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for real estate law.
What You Will Do
Assist attorneys in all phases of residential real estate transactions, draft, review, and organize closing documents, coordinate with various parties, conduct title and lien reviews, and handle post-closing tasks.

Requirements
- Certified paralegal or at least 3 years of experience at a residential real estate law firm
- Strong knowledge of residential NYC real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and leasing of co-ops, condos, single-family homes, and townhouses
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
