What You Will Do
Represent public and private companies, private equity funds, investors, and entrepreneurs in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital and early-stage financing transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, and general corporate counseling.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience, strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, and a demonstrated business development aptitude.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- 3–5 years of relevant corporate and transactional experience
- Experience with venture capital and early-stage financings
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions
- General corporate counseling experience
- Private equity experience is preferred
- Experience with capital markets transactions and public company reporting is preferred
- Active California Bar membership and good standing required
