Role OverviewJoin a leading national law firm's Transactions practice in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or San Diego. Work on a diverse mix of emerging companies and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate counseling.
What You Will Do
Represent public and private companies, advise emerging companies and venture capital clients on financing and corporate matters, handle venture capital and early-stage financing transactions, and draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- 3–5 years of relevant corporate and transactional experience
- Experience with venture capital and early-stage financings
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions
- General corporate counseling experience
- Private equity experience is preferred
- Experience with capital markets transactions and public company reporting is preferred
- Active California Bar membership and good standing required
