Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Transactions Specialist to join their team, providing administrative and operational coordination support for the Transactions team and its leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or team coordination role
Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and operational activities across multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion
Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
