Role OverviewThe TMS Care Coordinator is a critical component of TMS Operations, responsible for performing educational consultations, qualifying patients for insurance coverage, obtaining and maintaining authorizations, and working with clinicians to ensure patient collaboration of care. The coordinator will travel between 2-3 clinics within their metropolitan area to facilitate these duties.
What You Will Do
Assist with educational consultations, perform demonstrations on TMS devices, navigate insurance landscapes, complete prior authorization requests, and schedule patients' mappings with PA and MD.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years' experience in healthcare related field
- TMS training certification required after 90 days of employment
- Driver's license required
