Role OverviewAs a Transit Engineer at HDR, you will work in a technical role, overseeing the work of EITs and Junior Project Engineers, and preparing detailed engineering designs for rail projects. You will be responsible for project involvement, from site feasibility analysis to final design and through the construction phase. You will work in a team setting and be an active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Prepare detailed engineering designs for rail projects, take responsibility for project involvement, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- Hands-on experience with Microstation, OpenRail Designer, AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- MS Office software experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and project management skills
