Job Description
Granite Academy is a dynamic, strength-based day school serving middle and high school students whose social-emotional needs impact their learning experience. The Transition Coach will convey passion for helping others, working with students individually and in small groups to support their full engagement in academic, vocational, social, and recreational activities that promote skill development, emotional well-being, and movement towards graduation.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as education, counseling or psychology required
  • Prior experience in a mental health setting strongly preferred
  • Activity planning and community outreach experience preferred
  • Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
