Job Description
RISE Association Management Group is seeking a Transition Coordinator to ensure a seamless transition for condominium and townhome owners. This role focuses on managing closing documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in title, mortgage, or property collections.
Knowledge of property conveyances, liens, and homeowner association operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.
