Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Transition Manager - Remote to lead and manage the seamless transition from current-state (as-is) processes to reimagined future-state (to-be) processes as part of strategic transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Define and own the transition strategy and approach for process reimagination initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive transition plans covering people, process, technology, data, and governance.
  • Manage transition from as-is to to-be processes and operating models.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all transition-related activities.
  • Define and manage transition readiness and go-live criteria.
