Job Description
The Transition Manager plays a critical role in supporting the successful transition of a financial advisor into Equitable Advisors, collaborating closely with the Business Transfer team and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing advisor needs
  • Willingness to travel for in-person support during advisor transitions
