What You Will Do
Provide continued educational support, training, and mentoring to new nurses in the clinical area, ensuring a smooth transition to practice and facilitating a timely release from orientation.

Requirements
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State
- Current BLS (ARC/AHA) certificate
- Minimum of 2 years acute care experience
- Minimum of 1 year preceptor experience
